An energetic and dynamic international Hi-Tech startup company, with R&D center based in Suzhou, developing multi disciplinary inspection system, involving advanced image processing algorithms, is searching for a senior software engineer, for a key software development role.

Professional Requirements:

1.1  Education:

MSc. in Computer Science from a well-known university, with preference for Computer Vision, Image Processing or Pattern Recognition as major studies.

1.2  Software development skills:

1         At least 2 years of proved hands on experience programming UI and System components. Fresh Master graduates with Excellence can also apply with official grades sheet.
2          At least 2 years experience programming in C# or C++.
3          Knowledge of Windows XP operating system.
4          Knowledge of Object Oriented concepts.
5          Ability to design and implement complex algorithms.
6          Experience in Computer Vision or Image Processing applications and algorithms - a plus.
7         Experience in multi threaded or distributed application - a plus.

2.   Personal Requirements:
1       Must be fast learner with strong mathematical foundations
2         Must have strong problem solving ability 
3        Must have the ability to see the big pictures
4        Must be able to work independently 
5       Should be team worker
6        Hard working ?C ready to put in extra hours
7        Must be energetic and creative
8        Must be able to document his/her work
9        Must have fluent English and Mandarin

In this key development role, the senior software developer will be based in Suzhou and will be part of software development team that develops multi disciplinary vision inspection system.

The senior software developer will take part in the software design and implementation of the system components and vision algorithms.
